Is this a credit card?
No. It is a prepaid card: you can spend only the money you top up. There is no credit check and no overdraft.
Which currency is the card in?
USDT. You top up in USDT, and the amount lands on the card as it is. If you pay a shop in another currency, Visa or Mastercard converts the amount at its own rate, with no Niceway fee on top.
Do I need documents to get a card?
No. You sign up with your email and issue a card online. We may ask for an ID document if the law requires it or a payment looks unusual.
How many cards can I have?
Up to 10 cards in one account, in any mix of Subscriptions, Travel and Premium. Each card has its own balance.
Can I withdraw the money left on a card?
The balance is for spending with the card and cannot be paid out to a bank account, so top up only what you plan to spend.
Who issues Niceway cards?
Niceway cards are prepaid Visa and Mastercard cards issued in Singapore by a licensed partner card issuer.
